This unique wooden cremation urn is perfect for honoring the memory of a loved one up to 125 pounds. Crafted from the finest woods, its original design combines strength, beauty and stability. The 'door' is held in place with a precise cam mechanism and can be easily opened and closed with only 1 screw. The lacquer finish is buffed to a satin sheen with paste wax for extra durability. Geometrically speaking, this urn is an icosahedron, a type of polyhedron with 20 faces. I make two other stock sizes for pet and adult humans.
Engraved plaques: We will engrave on a brushed gold or amber bronze plaque. This material is designed for laser engraving, looks great from all angles and is easy to read even small font text. They are all custom made to size and shape to fit your text appropriately. Shortly after I receive the order, we will send a proof for your approval. Since the plaque can be sent unattached, it can also be ordered at a later date if you are not ready with the wording.

I can't even begin to describe how beautiful this is! We ordered the teak wood and the medium sized one because we split the ashes of my father in law and it's perfect. We love it is as unique as our loved one was.
We were looking for a non tradition urn for our beloved German Shepherd and this piece was absolutely perfect. This stunning urn is expertly crafted and exceeded our expectations. She was around 90 pounds and easily fit inside. We are extremely pleased with our choice and couldn't have found a better final resting place for her.

My father was a geometer, specializing in ethnomathematics and the study of geometric patterns in art. His favorite wood was teak. This urn was perfect as a final resting place for his ashes.
